A localised patch repair may be suitable. Send a close-up and a wider photo with the approximate size, and I’ll assess the condition and explain what I can take on.

Tell me if a crack has returned or changed, or if there has been a leak. An ongoing cause needs attention first; a surface repair cannot by itself resolve damp, a leak or structural movement.

I’ll assess the surrounding surface and discuss the finish before starting. An exact colour or texture match may not be possible, and decorating a wider area may be needed for a consistent appearance.
